Return Policy

All sales are final due to the nature of the products that we sell. We are unable to accept returns, however we are able to replace damaged products that occur in transit. Please take pictures of the package if damaged to file a claim with carrier. Please note we do ensure all Palettes are packaged efficiently to minimize the chances of damages that may occur in transit.

Please allow 2-3 days for processing and up to 10 days for shipping due to COVID-19.
